Book Writing Platform

Built a digital storytelling platform that helps users turn life experiences into a professionally formatted memoir through guided prompts, in-app editing/refinement, and automated book layout generation. Also delivered a separate admin app where staff can manage orders, track key metrics, and run day-to-day operations.

One of the biggest challenges I faced was migrating from the V1 system to V2 (shown in the current screenshots). The V1 system used Firebase and a completely different database structure, so I had to design data migration scripts to move user data from the old system to the new one without any data loss. This process was carried out in multiple stages to ensure data integrity and minimize downtime.
